AVR USART printf

AVR library that allows printf to be used and redirected to the USART. This library has been tested with an atmega328p and atmega128.

To change your hardware/programmer/programming port consult the relevant parts of the Makefile.
To compile and install on your microcontroller use `make` and `make writeflash`
