ttp223: Grove touch sensor and examples
Added support for the TTP223 touch detector-based sensors (like the Grove touch sensor) with corresponding examples in C++, JavaScript, and Python. Signed-off-by: Sarah Knepper <sarah.knepper@intel.com>
