* Updated check_clean.py to only check java wrapper files
* ENABLED ctests for UPM
* Deleted using_carrays.py python example - this is covered by other
examples

This driver provides support for the ILI9341 LCD driver via SPI (e.g.
Adafruit 2.8" TFT LCD).
It was implemented and tested on the Edison.
