descriptions: Updated cmake DESCRIPTION field
This commit touches a subset of UPM sensors which contain C source. Cleaned up the CMakeLists.txt DESCRIPTION field to better represent the library. Signed-off-by: Noel Eck <noel.eck@intel.com>
