dfrorp: Initial implementation

This module implements support for the DFRobot Analog ORP
(Oxidation/Reduction Potential) Meter.
It requires 5.0 volts, but the more accurate the voltage specified (to
the constructor), the more accurate the meter (paraphrased from the
wiki).
